One on One Floral Design Education, Beginning to Intermediate (You Schedule It)

You Schedule it, One on One floral arranging workshop at the Gorgeous and Green Studio in Oakland, CA and now: Fairfax, Ca too!

We set up the workshop, atmosphere and space and provide the flowers, plants and tools you need to create. All you have to do is show up with yourself or your guests.

Pilar has been teaching sustainable floral design for 15 years, and educating in the public health sector for 25+ years. We specialize in creating beauty that we can feel good about. Spend time with Pilar learning about ways to source, design and  create beautiful sustainable and artistic floral designs. 

Design options for your individual sustainable workshop are: all intricate personal flowers, bridal bouquets, vase centerpiece arrangements, more difficult vases, large arrangements, varying installs, meadows, and flower biz coaching. 

Design options for your group workshop are: flower crown and hairpiece, wreath and swag, flower centerpiece in a vase or a large planted terrarium.  All without floral foam, weird plastics, using our sustainable methods, local grown flowers plants and foliage! You can also inform the color scheme of the floral materials we will be working with.

Small snacks and drinks may be provided, please inquire if you'd like more offerings or want to bring your own.

Workshops generally take between 2 and 3+ hours depending on number of attendees and subject selected. Additional time for socializing is available for groups.

For larger groups we rent out a separate facility, Mama Dog Studios or the Fairfax Women's Club. Please contact us if you are looking to have more than 100 attendees.

Once you've booked, we will get in contact with you to schedule, learn about your skill level, desired subject, get your color inspiration, and helpful logistics.

For workshop sessions off site, there may be an additional delivery and setup fee depending on location and number of attendees.
